Modern but not cold, a double volume living area was created with an equally impressive skylight over the lenght of the entire 3 story staircase. Catering to the family members' different tastes, an interior design scheme neutral enough for anything was created. Each floor of the 3 storey semi-detached house is self-contained so that the different family units can have privacy.
"By communicating their needs, the family also get the kind of rooms they wanted. Both sons wanted apartment-like rooms, so each got his own dedicated floor with a 'front door'."
